It is not a new dedicated mailbox, and the private delivery address is not published on this website. Email is optional; using the converter does not require contacting anyone.

A useful issue report

Describe the output shape you selected: arrays or first-record headers. Include a small invented comma-separated example, what you expected and what the tool displayed. If quotes or blank records matter, show them clearly. Include the browser name and whether the problem occurs before conversion, in the preview, during copy or during download.

For a newline question, distinguish the original document from the actual textarea contents. Browsers may normalize pasted line endings before this tool reads its JavaScript string. Celljson preserves the received string, not original file bytes, so an original-file CRLF comparison alone may not demonstrate a parser error.

For a table rejected because of width or quoting, check the accepted syntax first. Every record must have the same number of cells. Spaces are data; they are not automatically trimmed around quotes. Object-mode header names must be nonempty and exactly unique. These choices prevent silent repairs and overwritten values.

Keep the reproduction safe to share

Please do not email passwords, personal records, customer lists or confidential exports. Replace real identifiers with invented text while retaining the exact quote and comma structure needed to reproduce the issue. An email attachment is not needed for ordinary feedback; a few lines of text are usually clearer.

There is no promised response time or support contract. A message does not authorize posting it publicly or guarantee a change. The converter remains free to use without email.
